How to Find Us

The Upper Valley Health Closet is located in the heart of downtown Lebanon, New Hampshire, making it easily accessible from major routes like I-89 and Route 4.

🚗 Driving Directions

From Interstate 89 (Northbound or Southbound):

Take Exit 18 for NH-120 toward Lebanon/Hanover.
Turn onto NH-120 South (Hanover Street) heading toward downtown Lebanon.
Follow Hanover Street for about half a mile as it leads towards Colburn Park (The Lebanon Green).
At the junction with Mascoma Street, cross the junction and bear left. Take an immediate right into the health closet parling lot. Take care of traffic entering from your right.
There is an upper parking lot in front of Pellegrino’s Italian Market and the Sunrise Buffet and a lower parking lot in front of the Laundry Spa. We recommend the lower parking lot for easy access.

🅿️ Parking & Accessibility

Where to Park: Park in the lower parking lot in front of the Laundry Spa (access is more difficult from the upper parking lot).
Finding our entrance: We are on the lower level. From the left of the Laundry Spa enhance, a level walkway leads to the health closet. This is a wheelchair accessible route. Alternatively, from the upper parking lot you can take stairs down to the lower level.
Large Items: If you are picking up or dropping off bulky medical equipment, you can briefly utilize the loading dock at the rear of the building and accessible from the lower parking lot
