About Us
Neighbors serving neighbors
The Upper Valley Health Closet helps neighbors across New Hampshire and Vermont get the medical equipment they need to recover safely, live independently, and maintain dignity during illness, injury, surgery, or aging-related challenges.
We lend durable medical equipment at no cost to anyone who needs it, regardless of ability to pay. Available equipment typically includes wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, shower chairs, commodes, hospital beds, and other items that support safe recovery at home.
Volunteers, equipment donations, community support, and the Lions Club tradition of service make our work possible. We collect gently used medical equipment, prepare it for reuse, and make it available to people throughout the Upper Valley.
Whether you need equipment, have equipment to donate, want to volunteer, or wish to support our mission, the Upper Valley Health Closet is here to help neighbors help neighbors.
